Terms and Conditions of sale for all goods

Payment is required for product before dispatch, unless through prior arrangement.

  1. All prices shown exclude GST.
  2. By accepting merchandise, purchaser accepts terms and conditions.
  3. All major credit cards accepted (not AMEX).
  4. The Customer aqrees to strictly adhere to the terms of trade in respect of payment by the date laid down on the Invoice area labelled "Terms".
  5. The Customer acknowledges that failure to pay any account on or before the due date shall be a breach of the Company's terms of trade and the Company may in respect of such account, without prejudice to any other rights of remedies it may have, charge penalty interest thereof at a rate of 1.5% per month until receipt of payment in full.  For the purposes of the Credits Contract Act 1981, the finance rate is 18% per annum.  Interest will be charged from the date at which the purchase payment was due.
  6. The Customer shall pay or reimburse the Company all costs and/or expenses incurred instructing a Solicitor and/or Debt Collection Agencies to recover any amount overdue for payment and such costs and expenses shall bear interest from the date upon which they are paid or incurred by the Company.
  7. No property in any goods shall pass until full payment for all goods supplied to the Customer has been received by the Company and until such payment has been received by the Company the Customer shall hold the goods for the Company in a manner which enable such goods to be identified as the goods of the Company and the Customer shall immediately return the goods to the Company should the Company so request.
  8. Goods supplied by the Company shall be at the Customer's risk immediately on delivery to the Customer or into the custody on the Customers behalf, (whichever is done sooner) and the Customer shall insure accordingly.
  9. All goods subject to availability.
  10. All goods for return must be advised within seven (7) days from invoice date.  Returned goods are subject to inspection and count before acceptance.  No liability is accepted by Nails Plus Ltd for consequential damage caused by the use of any Nails Plus Ltd supplied product.
  11. Freight remains the care of the Customer.
  12. Goods prone to contamination, opened or used cannot be credited.
  13. Payment is required before despatch, cash, cheque, Direct Credit by arrangement.
  14. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  15. The Company reserves the right to refuse supply.
  16. The products supplied by the company are for sale to and use by trained persons for professional use only.  Offers of sale does not constitute a liability by the Vendor.
